Mom is holding me out by the garden. She likes taking me out there to smell the trees and vegetables and what ever other mountain delights are drifting through the air.
Here's Me and Dad out in the garden. Mom has the camera for once instead of Dad. He always wants to hog the camera. Dad is bugging me with another kiss! He says it's cause he loves me so much, and my cheeks are so kissable.
See... Here I am again!
This is my bed... Well, I have a crib, but in my Moses bed (in the picture, duh) I can feel snuggly wuggly and be placed on a box right next to Mom and Dad's bed. I prefer this cause if I feel poopy or just feel like crying or whatever, they can wake up and rub my chest or pick me up or something... It's a baby thang... Anyway, see how my arms are up in the air, well not really, but you know what I mean, that's my favorite way to sleep. In this picture, Dad carried my bed into the kitchen and set me on two chairs. This is usually where I stay (mostly sleep) when they eat dinner or do dishes or what.
I have another picture of me in my crib. I'm sleeping in my favorite way again.

There is supposed to be a picture here of Mom asleep; strike that, PASSED OUT, with me also asleep at her boobie, but Mom said no way to Dad putting that picture here. Only cause Mom said she didn't like the sleeping expression on her face, but Dad says she looked beautiful and peaceful and... FUNNY! Hehehehehehe.... Maybe I'll get Dad to sneak it in when Mom's not looking. Hehehehehehehe...
In celebration of my one week celebration, I'm celebrating by catching some rays while knocking out a quick session of phototherapy at the same time... Ohhhh, life's truly good!
Since I think because I have some catching up to do since my first day of this worldly life, as I'm already 5 days now and going on six, and as my mom always already cries how I'm growing up so fast, I'll post the most recent stuff hoping that will display last and seem to have been most recently posted (chronologically that is) so you can see and feel my rising from the beginning...
Good! Then let's do it!
Oh! If this is true, then this should actually be my last posting in this session. I'll post it here and at the end to test this. I'll call this LUNA 2 (mostly cause I love my name so much!)
Alright! Let's do it!

Here's Mom and me looking tired while full of love and wonder.
On day 2, Mom and Dad thought they were going to be taking me home as everything looked good. When the lab results came back late in the evening with numbers of 10.4 we found out that this wasn't going to happen as planned. Jaundice is pretty common with new borns and can often be resolved quickly, but often requires an overnight in the hospital under the phototherapy lights while sleeping on a billing light. In short, I was glowing green from the bottom, blue from the top, and made to wear uncomfortable, still slightly fashionable goggles which acted to protect my eyes from blindness. My young reflexes coupled with my extraordinary arm strength (not to mention my convincingly shrill cry) left Dad with total fear for my blindness and resulted in his absolute lack of sleep. For Mom, well she just couldn't take my cry. She loves me so much! Actually, they both do, so much! As for this whole phototherapy experience, all I could do is throw my hands in the air and shout "this is wack!"
There was a rare 7 minutes when Mom was able to sleep and Dad was able to catch this moment in this photograph. In the rear of the photo, you can see me in my private tanning booth, said to be very chic in some circles.
I heard yawning was contagious... In fact, it's said that if someone in the room yawns, and you don't yourself yawn, this is highly indicative that you have a deranged mind at some level. Of course, I know you are all yawning right now...
Home at last. Home is where the heart is. I'm so happy and content at home. My favorite thing to do are breast feed, poop, pee, sleep, sleep, sleep, and and share an occasional joke with Mom and Dad.
Mom is showing me off at the top of the hill where my Sun Flower is. Can you see how happy she is. She has me wrapped in the Moby wrap. I'm so cozy I fell asleep. I really enjoy moving my hands up by my face when I sleep. Sometimes, Dad tries to move my hands and I have to remind him how strong I am by muscling his hand back up to my face. He usually concedes and finishes with a smothering kiss to the cheek.
Here's mom looking so beautiful as she does. She's standing next to my Sun Flower with me. Before I was born, Dad planted two SunFlowers at the top of the hill. One for him and one for me. It was said that when mine bloomed, I was going to be born. As it turned out, mine bloomed on my due date, but as you all know, I came four days later on the 21st. I guess it kind of came true.
Mom opened my shirt and shined my face, exposing my slightly jaundiced , but soon to be golden brown bod toward the heavens. This is my diagnosed au naturel phototherapy. My lab reports today said my levels are where they should be, my poops are plenty, my pee's are perfect and my attitude is ab fab... Notice my intense aura gleaming in the sun.
Dad told me the one about the priest a sailor and a drunk guy...
Margaret met us at the top of the hill and took our first family picture. Mom and Dad were so proud that hour. They say I'll have Mom's beautiful smile and eyes and Dad's wacky hair. Somebody told me two out of three ain't bad.
